Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty.

Shipping Methods
For orders weighing less than 150 lbs, we use USPS 4-7 Day Postage. Remember USPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box - you must have a physical address.
When you need something urgently contact us and we will arrange UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day Select.
Large shipments of at least 800 lbs. will normally be shipped via common carrier.

International Shipping
Because of high incidence of fraud in our international orders, we have adopted the following policy exclusively for our international customers.
If you are placing your first order, please understand and allow 72 hours more before we can ship your order. This will allow us time to verify your identity and source of funds. We will normally call your Bank, to establish your legitimacy. Your Bank must also guarantee payment before we ship your product. After that initial verification, we will ship your orders at normal pace. We however reserve the right to call your Bank for payment verification anytime we have a reason to. Please note that we will also do the same if you pay with paypal.
We value our international customers and look forward to a long term relationship. We apologize for this 48 hours initial delay.
We ship all our international orders by United States Postal Service. If you prefer another Carrier, let us know.

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please note that if you do not like our product, you may return it for a refund. Refunds will be made back to the customers original method of payment minus shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products for warranty copy. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties.
